PDLA Finance (short for Puentes de las Américas, or Bridge of the Americas) is an independent consulting firm based in the Americas. Founder & Managing Director

Lukas Goemaere is the founder of PDLA Finance and a seasoned international finance executive with over 20 years of experience across the Americas and beyond. With a strong foundation in corporate finance, project structuring, and cross-border operations, Lukas brings deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership to every client engagement.

A Career Built Across Borders

Lukas has spent the last decade living and working across the American continent, supporting businesses in sectors including infrastructure, maritime construction, mining, logistics, trading, hospitality, clean-tech, and offshore wind. His track record includes managing complex financial operations and delivering strategic value in multicultural and high-stakes environments.

As an executive at the global marine infrastructure leader DEME Group, Lukas oversaw large-scale maritime construction projects and served on the boards of various group companies. He also represented DEME in multiple joint ventures and successfully led fundraising efforts and M&A transactions.

Lukas is a founding partner at Inframara, an advisory firm dedicated to infrastructure advisory. He also leads PDLA Finance, his independent consultancy practice established over five years ago, through which he has successfully delivered projects across all three core divisions through connecting Business with Finance, connecting the World with the Americas and connecting Infrastructure with Finance.
